摘 要:呼气末二氧化碳(end-tidal carbon dioxide, EtCO_(2))作为一种无创的监测方式, 广泛应用于各类手术的术中监测, PETCO_(2)不仅反映机体的呼吸功能, 也可以反映机体的循环功能和代谢功能。文章总结了EtCO_(2)在临床麻醉中对严重过敏反应、肺动脉灌注障碍、气体栓塞以及恶性高热协助诊断的应用价值, 并对PETCO_(2)与术后谵妄、术后肺部并发症、术后恶心呕吐相关性的研究进行综述, 以期通过PETCO_(2)监测来协助判断临床麻醉中出现的相应变化, 早期发现并及时处理, 改善患者的预后。End-tidal carbon dioxide(EtCO_(2))is widely used in intraoperative monitoring of various surgeries.End-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure(PETCO_(2))not only reflects the changes in the respiratory function of the body but also reflects the changes in the circulatory function and metabolic function of the body.This paper summarizes the application value of EtCO_(2) in clinical anesthesia in detecting intraoperative severe allergic reactions,intraoperative pulmonary artery perfusion disorders,intraoperative gas embolism,and intraoperative malignant hyperthermia in recent years.This paper also reviews the correlation between PETCO_(2) and postoperative delirium,postoperative pulmonary complications,postoperative nausea,and vomiting.It is expected that PETCO_(2) monitoring can help to find the corresponding changes in clinical anesthesia and to improve the prognosis of patients through early detection and timely treatment.
