摘  要:构建了一套透射式的纳米等离激元暗场显微系统,光源入射端采用连续波长调制暗场光源的技术方法,探测端采用灰度工业相机连续采集对应波长的暗场图像,利用自编的matlab程序对图像进行光谱提取,提高了纳米粒子的散射光谱的检测精度.采集纳米粒子聚集前后的局域表面等离子共振光谱,实验结果与边界元方法(BEM)仿真结果一致.A set of nano-plasmon dark-field microscopy system with transmission structure was constructed.At the incident end of the light source,continuous wavelength modulation of the dark-field light source is adopted.At the detection end,a grayscale industrial camera is used to continuously collect the corresponding wavelength.Next,our home-made Matlab program is used to extract the spectrum of the image.the detection accuracy of the scattering spectra of nanoparticles is improved greatly.This dark field microscope system is used to collect the LSPR spectra before and after the aggregation of nanoparticles,and the experimental results are consistent with the boundary element methods(BEM)simulation results.
