摘  要:阐述了利用精制铜酞菁浆料进行酸胀制备C.I.颜料蓝15的工艺方法。研究了浆料浓度、酸浓度、液固比、投料顺序及温度对颜料化的影响。结果表明:在浆料质量分数50%、硫酸质量分数67.5%、液固比6.5∶1、温度25℃条件下颜料化,酞菁蓝颜料的着色力可达到100%以上,产品质量优于标样。This paper described the process of preparing C.I.P.B.15 from refined copper phthalocyanine slurry by acid swelling.The effects of slurry concentration,acid concentration,liquid-solid ratio,feeding sequence and temperature on the pigmentation were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of slurry concentration of 50%,sulfuric acid concentration of 67.5%,liquid-solid ratio of 6.5:1,pigmentation at 25℃,the color power of phthalocyanine blue pigment was more than 100%,and the quality of the product was better than that of the standard sample.
