摘 要:铁路勘察过程中的碎石类土地层由于胶结性差和结构松散等原因,存在钻探困难及取芯率差的问题,为此,研究并设计了一种新型取芯钻具,该套钻具主要由单动悬挂架构、调节机构、止逆机构、三层管结构、卡芯装置、扶正装置、螺旋机构及隔液底喷式钻头等组成。本文分析探讨了该新型钻具的工作原理,并通过工程勘察实践,验证其能够用于碎石类土地层的钻探施工条件,并有效提高松散破碎地层的岩芯采取率,可为解决同类地层的钻探取芯难问题提供参考。To solve the problem of the drilling difficulties and low core recovery in the gravel soil layer of the railway survey project,a new kind of three-layer pipe drlling tool is studied and designed.The drilling tools are mainly composed of the single dynamic inverse suspension structure,adjusting member,check member,three layer tube frame,core device,centering device,mechanical helical member and the water proof and bottom spray bit.The working principles of the drilling tools are discussed and analysed.The practice of engineering investigation verifies that it can be applied to the drilling construction conditions with the gravel soil layer and effectively improve the core recovery rate,which could provide the reference for solving the difficult problems of drilling and coring in similar strata.
