探讨黄连适应证及在五脏系统中的应用

摘　　要：黄连味苦,苦泻化消,清热透解,前人常用于治疗湿热内蕴、热毒互结之证,故后世医家多将其归为清热燥湿剂,或认为黄连为虎狼之药,致使其临床应用受限。本文以黄连药性为基础,分析前人对黄连的应用,结合现代学者的研究,提出黄连的适应证为“热、湿”。从五脏系统阐释,认为不论何种五脏疾病或同一病种的不同阶段,凡符合“热、湿”证候,通过一定的配伍,皆可应用黄连治疗。Coptidis Rhizoma with a bitter taste has the effects of discharging,resolving,promoting digestion,clearing heat,expelling,and releasing.The ancient physicians often used it to treat dampness-heat accumulation and combined heat and toxin.Therefore,later generations of physicians mostly classified Coptidis Rhizoma as a heat-clearing and dampness-drying herbal medicine,or a strong medicine,which limited its clinical application.This paper analyzes the ancient applications of Coptidis Rhizoma considering the medicinal properties and proposes that the indications of Coptidis Rhizoma are dampness and heat based on the modern research results.It is believed that any disease or any stage of a disease in the five zang-organs that has the syndrome of heat and dampness can be treated with Coptidis Rhizoma in combination with other drugs.
