摘　　要：Ramsay-Hunt综合征(RHS)是带状疱疹的一种特殊类型。RHS的诱因尚不明确,可能与感染、劳累、自身免疫功能低下等多种因素有关。水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)再激活是RHS主要致病因素。近年来,中医药治疗RHS取得了很好的临床疗效。本文主要通过检索1990年1月—2022年12月中国知网(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(WANFANG)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)及Pub Med等数据库中的相关文献,将研究视角放在病毒重新激活和免疫功能受损导致RHS发病这一侧重点上,对近年来中医药抗病毒和促进免疫功能治疗RHS的研究进行综述,希望能够为RHS的临床治疗提供助益。Ramsay-Hunt syndrome(RHS)is a specific type of herpes zoster.The exact cause of RHS is not yet clear,but it may be related to various factors such as infection,fatigue,and autoimmune dysfunction.Reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus(VZV)is the main pathogenic factor for RHS.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has achieved significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of RHS.The relevant literature was retrieved from databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP,and PubMed from January 1990 to October 2022.This study focused on virus reactivation and impaired immune function as key factors contributing to the onset of RHS,and reviewed TCM against the virus and in enhancing immune function in the treatment of RHS,with the hope of providing valuable insights for the clinical management of RHS.
