摘 要:民用机场飞行区工程项目建设节点多、工期紧,提升飞行区工程进度管理水平对机场建设至关重要。本文从建设单位角度出发,创新性地引入项目总控理论运用到飞行区工程进度管理,重点提取飞行区工程建设实施阶段全过程进度管理工作的19个关键工作,建立约束因素鱼骨模型及进度影响权重因子,优化工作分解结构,提高进度管理针对性和参与度。选取机场典型案例重点分析了19个约束因素中承发包模式、不停航施工组织、地下管线探挖与保护的有效控制对实现进度目标的积极作用,为国内机场改扩建中飞行区工程进度管理优化提供参考。Civil airport airfield engineering projects have many construction nodes and tight schedule.It is crucial to improve schedule management of airfield engineering.In this paper,the project controlling theory is applied to the flight area project schedule management from the perspective of constructors.Fish-bone model of constraints and schedule impact weighting factors are established by extracting 19 critical jobs from the whole process of schedule management during the implementation phase of flight area construction,which optimize the work breakdown structure and improve the pertinence and participation of schedule management.Based on three typical cases of airports,the positive effects of contracting mode,organization of without suspension of airport operation and underground pipeline exploration and protection among the 19 critical constraints on achieving schedule targets are analyzed.It provides reference for optimizing airfield engineering progress management in reconstruction and expansion of domestic airports.
