摘 要:非全跑道运行模式是解决机场起飞航空器对五边进近落地航空器ILS盲降系统下滑信号遮挡问题的重要手段,在繁忙机场使用非全跑道起飞的做法也已经成为惯例。对仪表着陆系统下滑信号不稳定因素与低能见度时非全跑道运行模式优化研究,意在提高机场跑道利用率和机场整体运行效率,促进机场和地区经济的高质量发展,也为建设区域航空枢纽起到至关重要的作用。本文通过对机场运行现状分析、查摆仪表着陆系统下滑信号不稳定因素及具体解决方案、设计新建垂直联络道工程、提高低能见度时非全跑道运行程序安全裕度等方面做出具体分析,最终实现机场常态化非全跑道运行的工作目标。The intersection operation mode is an important means to solve the problem of taking off aircraft obstructing the downward signal of the ILS blind landing system of the five-sided approaching and landing aircraft at the airport,and intersection takeoff has become routine at busy airports.Research on the optimization of intersection operation mode in low visibility and factors for unstable instrument landing system glide slope signal is intended to improve the runway utilization rate and the overall operation efficiency of the airport,promote high-quality development of the airport and regional economy,and it also plays a vital role in building regional aviation hubs.In this paper,we analyze the current situation of airport operation,identify the glide slope signal instability factors of the instrument landing system and the specific solutions,design the new vertical liaison path project,and improve safety margin of intersection operation procedure in low visibility,so as to achieve the work objective of normalized intersection operation at the airport.
