摘 要:通过分析2017~2021年大连周水子机场(简称大连机场)各季节地面风向风速日变化规律,以及对南航因大连大风导致航班复飞、备降的航班数据进行分析,得出结论:主体风风向在340°~360°(西北偏北风),平均主体风速在6.7~9 m/s、阵风风速在13.7~16.5 m/s、阵风增量在6.2~7.5 m/s时,复飞概率较高但复飞后备降率较低;平均主体风速在9 m/s及以上、阵风风速在16.5 m/s及以上、阵风增量在7.5 m/s及以上时,复飞后备降概率较高,概率为76.5%。将该结论应用于某航的签派放行中,对保障大连机场飞行安全、提高运行效率有重要意义。By analyzing the diurnal variations of surface wind direction and speed at the Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport(hereinafter referred to as Dalian Airport)during 2017 to 2021,as well as the flight data of China Southern Airlines about flight go-arounds and diversions caused by strong winds in Dalian,this paper draws the following conclusions:the prevailing wind direction is between 340°and 360°(northwest to north wind),the average main wind speed is 6.7-9 m/s,the gust wind speed is 13.7-16.5 m/s,and the gust increment is 6.2-7.5 m/s,under these conditions,the probability of go-around is higher,but the diversion rate after go-around is lower;when the average main wind speed is 9 m/s or higher,the gust wind speed is 16.5 m/s or higher,and the gust increment is 7.5 m/s or higher,the probability of diversion after go-around is higher,which is 76.5%.Applying these conclusions to flight dispatching of airlines is of great significance in ensuring flight safety and improving operational efficiency at Dalian Airport.
