摘  要:“十四五”时期,我国要努力趋向碳达峰和碳中和愿景,必须大力推动经济结构、能源结构、产业结构转型升级,而作为能源消耗大户的各大油田逐步进入开采后期,原油集输过程耗能持续增长.原油集输系统能量利用率与能耗受进站压力、集油温度等工艺参数以及设备运行状况等影响,同时,系统能耗低能量利用率不一定高,反之亦然.为此,针对原油集输系统耗能设备众多,用能结构复杂的特点,本文以能量利用率、能耗为指标并结合熵权法建立了能效对标评价体系,弥补了用能系统评价因素单一的缺陷,使评价结果更为客观可信.通过计算分析发现:仅从能效方面来看6-1计转站能效熵权值最大用能效果最优,6-2计转站能效熵权值最小,用能效果最差.但从能耗方面来看6-1与6-2计转站二者用能情况相反,单考虑能耗或能效无法准确评价该集输系统用能情况.因此,综合考虑能耗与能效指标得出6-1计转站的综合熵权值最大,具有更大的节能潜力.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,China should strive to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral vision,and must vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of economic structure,energy structure and industrial structure.As the major oil fields,which are the major energy consumers,gradually enter the late stage of production,the energy consumption of crude oil gathering and transportation continues to increase.The energy utilization rate and energy consumption of the crude oil gathering and transportation system are affected by process parameters such as inlet pressure,oil gathering temperature and equipment operating conditions,etc.At the same time,low energy consumption of the system is not necessarily high energy utilization rate,and vice versa.Therefore,in view of the large number of energy-consuming equipment and complex energy-using structure of the crude oil gathering and transportation system,this paper established an energy efficiency evaluation system based on energy utilization and energy consumption as indicators and combined with entropy weight method,which made up for the defects of single evaluation factors of energy use system and made the evaluation results more objective and credible.Through calculation and analysis,it is found that only from the aspect of energy eficiency,the maximum energy use effect of the energy efficiency entropy weight of the transfer station is 6-1,and the minimum energy use entropy weight of the transfer station is 6-2,and the energy use effect is worst.However,from the aspect of energy consumption,the energy consumption of 6-1 and 6-2 transfer stations is opposite.Considering energy consumption or energy eficiency alone,the energy consumption of the gathering and transportation system cannot be accurately evaluated.Therefore,considering the indexes of energy consumption and energy efficiency comprehensively,it is concluded that the comprehensive entropy weight of the transfer station of 6-1 is the largest,which has greater energy saving potential.
