摘 要:Dear Editor,The X-linked gene cyclin-dependent kinase-like 5(CDKL5)encodes a serine/threonine kinase that is associated with CDKL5-deficiency disorder(CDD),a severe developmental and epileptic encephalopathy characterized by early-onset seizures, gross developmental delay, and motor disabilities[1].The expression of CDKL5 is highly enriched in the brain and is significantly induced during postnatal development[2].
