子母管缆三维绕流流场数值模拟研究

摘  要:该文基于计算流体力学开源代码OpenFOAM,开展了不同来流角(0°≤α≤180°)、直径比(0.05≤d/D≤0.3)和间距比(0.05≤G/D≤0.3)工况下,子母管绕流流场的三维数值模拟,研究了小间距下,子母管的瞬时和时均流场特征、时均流线拓扑、升阻力系数和时均压力系数变化规律。研究结果表明:当子母管间距较小(0.05≤G/D≤0.3)时,母管的升阻力系数均值变化不大。当来流角α=90°时,母管后方存在较长的回流区,剪切层相互作用及涡旋融合作用随间距减小逐渐增强,子管受到较大的升阻力,不同展向高度的旋涡脱落存在一定的相位差异;间隙流会对子母管时均压力分布产生较大影响,随直径比和间距比的减小,时均压力分布波动增大。当α=0°和α=180°时,直径比与间距比的变化主要影响旋涡强度大小,且当直径比和间隙比小于0.1时,子母管结构可视为单一钝体结构。Three-dimensional numerical simulations are performed to investigate flow past piggyback pipelines at different incident angles(0°≤α≤180°),diameter ratios(0.05≤d/D≤0.3)and gap ratios(0.05≤G/D≤0.3)based on the computational fluid dynamics open source code OpenFOAM.The instantaneous and mean flow field characteristics,streamline topologies,force coefficients and mean pressure coefficients are investigated.The results show that the mean drag and lift coefficients of the master-pipe varies insignificantly when the gap is relatively small.Forα=90°,a large backflow area exists behind the master-pipe,and the interaction of shear layer and vortex fusion are gradually enhanced as the gap decreases;the sub-pipe is under larger lift force,and the phase of vortex shedding differs for different spanwise heights;the gap flow behaves a significant effect on the mean pressure distribution of piggyback pipelines,and the fluctuation of the mean pressure distribution increases with the decrease of the diameter ratio and gap ratio.Forα=0°and 180°,the diameter ratio and spacing ratio mainly affect the magnitude of vortex intensity,and the piggyback pipeline can be regarded as a single bluff body when the diameter ratio and spacing ratio are less than 0.1.
