摘  要:为研究朱砂根叶片对Ca^(2+)胁迫的适应机制,采用非靶向代谢组学技术对不同浓度(0、200、400mmol·L^(-1))Ca^(2+)胁迫5 d的朱砂根叶片进行分析。结果表明,相比对照组,200 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)胁迫有87个差异代谢物,400 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)胁迫有107个差异代谢物,而400和200 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)胁迫组之间存在89个差异代谢物。这些差异代谢物主要包括氨基酸类、脂肪酸类、苯甲酸类、黄酮类和木质素类代谢物。朱砂根叶片主要通过调节氨基酸类代谢物的含量调节渗透平衡,通过调节多不饱和脂肪酸类代谢物的含量维持细胞膜稳定,通过调节苯甲酸类代谢物、黄酮类代谢物的含量清除活性氧自由基,通过调节木质素类代谢物的含量增强细胞壁厚度等方式适应Ca^(2+)胁迫。To study the adaptation mechanism of Ardisia crenata leaves to Ca^(2+)stress,a untargeted metabolomics technique was used to analyze the A.crenata leaves under different concentrations(0,200 and 400 mmol·L^(-1))of Ca^(2+)stress for 5 days.Results show that,compared to the control group,there are 87 differential metabolites(DMs)in the 200 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)treated group,107 DMs in the 400 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)treated group,and 89 DMs between the 200 and 400 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)treated groups.These DMs mainly include amino acids,fatty acids,benzoic acids,flavonoids and lignins.A.crenata leaves mainly regulate osmotic balance by regulating the content of amino acid metabolites,maintain cell membrane stability by regulating the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolites,eliminate active oxygen radicals by regulating the content of benzoic acid metabolites and flavonoid metabolites,and enhance the thickness of cell wall by regulating the content of lignin metabolites to adapt to Ca^(2+)stress.
