摘　　要：随着经济与科技的快速发展,汽车产业对技术型人才的需求日益旺盛。高职汽车专业群1+X证书制度的实施,有助于提高汽车专业的社会认可度,为社会输送更具实际操作能力的技术型人才。该文围绕高职汽车专业群1+X证书制度进行探讨与研究,从高职汽车专业群建设的内涵,到加强校企合作产教融合、教师队伍建设、完善实训资源配置,旨在推动汽车专业人才培养模式创新,提高人才培养质量。With the rapid development of economy and technology,the demand for technical talents in the automotive industry is becoming increasingly strong.The implementation of the 1+X certificate system in the automotive professional group of vocational colleges helps to improve the social recognition of the automotive profession and provide society with more practical and operational technical talents.This article explores and studies the 1+X certificate system for vocational college automotive professional groups,from the connotation of the construction of vocational college automotive professional groups to strengthening the integration of school enterprise cooperation,production and education,teacher team construction,and improving the allocation of practical training resources.The aim is to promote innovation in the talent cultivation mode of automotive professionals and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
