摘 要:在气候变化和快速城市化的背景下,极端降水事件及其导致的洪涝灾害频发,对城市居民生命财产安全构成较大的威胁。特别是极端降雨对城市地下轨道交通设施安全运营的影响,已成为制约城市公共安全的突出问题。以北京城市副中心站立体综合交通枢纽为例,通过构建雨水洪涝模型,识别综合交通枢纽内涝风险点,针对不同的风险区域,提出综合交通枢纽应对内涝风险的控制策略,以提高综合交通枢纽防洪排涝安全水平。In the context of climate change and rapid urbanization,the frequent occurrence of extreme precipitation events and flood disasters caused by them has posed a great threat to the safe-ty of life and property of urban residents,especially the threat of extreme precipitation to the safety of urban underground rail transit,which has become a prominent problem restricting urban public security.This paper takes the three-dimensional comprehensive transportation hub of Beijing urban sub-central station as an example,identifies the waterlogging risk points of the comprehensive transportation hub by constructing the rainwater flood model,and proposes the control strategies to improve the comprehensive transportation hub's response to waterlogging risk according to dif-ferent risk areas,so as to improve the flood control and drainage safety level of the comprehensive transportation hub,with a view to providing reference and reference for the future urban transpor-tation hub to respond to flood disasters.
