摘  要:江苏某工业污水处理厂现状总规模3万m^(3)/d,为满足《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB32/1072一2018)要求,需进行提标改造。分析了主要问题,拟定了提标改造方案。在不新增用地的基础上,将原一期的MSBR改造为改良AAO-MBR池。在臭氧催化氧化工艺小试基础上,将原一期的混凝沉淀池改造为臭氧催化氧化池。试运行期间出水水质较为稳定,单位水处理新增总成本0.95元/m^(3)H_(2)O,具有较好的经济效益。The total scale of an industrial wastewater treatment plant in Jiangsu Province is 3.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d.In order to meet the requirements of Discharge limit of main water pollutants in urban wastewater treatment plants and key industrial industries in Taihu Area(DB 32/1072-2018),it is necessary to carry out upgrading and reconstruction.This paper analyzes the main problems and draws up a standard-improvement plan.On the basis of no new land,the original MSBR was transformed into an improved AAO-MBR tank.On the basis of a small trial of ozone catalytic oxidation process,the coagulation and sedimentation tank of the original phase was trans-formed into an ozone catalytic oxidation tank.During the trial run,the effluent quality was relatively stable,and the total cost per unit of water treatment was O.95 Yuan/m,which had good economic benefits and can provide reference experience for similar industrial wastewater plant upgrading projects.
