摘　　要：海水淡化水由于基本去除了碱度、硬度而不稳定、缓冲容量低。山东某海水淡化厂矿化站出水引入地表水后由水厂供水泵房送入市政公共供水管网,由于海水淡化水的水质特性和保护输配水管网的要求,同时满足生活饮用水的健康要求,需采取矿化措施增加碱度、硬度。基于运营管理方便、矿化水水质稳定可靠的原则,采用矿化溶解池增加淡化水碱度、硬度。研究采用了矿化溶解池的数学模型,揭示了矿化溶解池内碱度、钙硬度、溶解性无机碳、pH及CCPP随淡化水CO_(2)投加浓度、矿化溶解池结构参数的变化,基于需满足的水质稳定标准,还研究了不同运行工况下的药剂及填料消耗成本。Desalinated seawater is unstable and low buffer capacity due to the fact that hardness and alkalinity are almost removed.The effluent from the mineralization station of a desalination plant in Shandong province is partly introduced into the surface water plant and sent to the munici-pal public water supply network by the water supply pump room of the surface water plant.Due to the quality characteristics of desalinated seawater and the requirements of protecting the water transmission and distribution networks,as well as meeting the health requirements of drinking wa-ter,it is necessary to take re-mineralization measures to increase the alkalinity and hardness.Based on the principle of convenient maintenance and stable and reliable quality of re-mineralized water,a re-mineralization dissolving tank was adopted to increase the alkalinity and hardness of desalinated water.In this study,the mathematical model of the re-mineralization dissolving tank was adopted,and the changes of alkalinity,calcium hardness,dissolved inorganic carbon,pH and CCPP in the tank were evaluated with regard to the concentration of CO,injected into the desalinated water and the structural parameters of the re-mineralization dissolving tank.Based on the water quality stability standards to be met,the costs of reagents and filler consumption under different operating conditions werealso studied.
