摘　　要：分析现阶段民用建筑雨水控制与利用总量计算的要求,以温州市某办公建筑项目为例,分别按控制性详规及当地海绵规划要求中的控制指标与《建筑给水排水与节水通用规范》(GB 55020-2021)中的相关要求进行对照计算,分析存在的问题,并探讨优化建议。Analyze the requirements for calculating the total amount of rainwater control and utilization in current civil buildings.Taking an office building project in Wenzhou as an example,compare and calculate the control indicators in the regulatory detailed plan and local sponge plan-ning requirements with the relevant requirements in the General code for design of building zwater supply and drainage and water saving(GB 55020-2021),analyze the existing problems,and ex-plore optimization suggestions.
