摘  要:本研究基于某水泥厂现有水泥窑协同处置设施开展掺烧废旧轮胎胶粒的工程试验,简述了废旧轮胎胶粒特性及利用的整体方案,对喂料量、尾煤用量、热量替代率和节煤降碳效果等关键指标进行了分析,以期为水泥窑协同处置废旧轮胎作为替代燃料的技术推广提供基础数据,为促进替代燃料规模化应用提供参考。This study carries out engineering tests on co-incineration waste tire particles,which bases on the existing cement kiln co-disposal facility in a cement plant.This paper briefly describes the characteristics of waste tire pellets and the overall scheme of utilization,and analyzes the key indicators such as feeding volume,tailing coal dosage,thermal substitution rate and coal saving and carbon reduction effect.The results provide essential data for the alternative fuels technology promotion of co-processing waste tires in cement kiln,and provide reference for promoting the largescale application of alternative fuels.
