麦角新碱在人流手术中的临床使用疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察麦角新碱在人流手术中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2020年8月-2021年6月于江西省乐平市人民医院实施人工流产术的82例女性分为实验组(41例)和对照组(41例),对照组于术后实施常规药物干预,实验组于对照组基础上给予麦角新碱治疗;比较两组术后出血情况、阴道出血持续时间、月经转归时间及腹痛持续时间;比较两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫三径及不良反应发生率。结果实验组出血时间、月经转归时间及腹痛持续时间均短于对照组,实验组出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度较治疗前增加,子宫三径较治疗前短,且实验组上述指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麦角新碱可减少人流术后出血量,缩短出血时间,促进月经转归及子宫复旧,且安全性高。Objective To observe the application effect of ergotrine in abortion operation.Methods According to the method of random number table,82 female patients who underwent induced abortion in hospital from August 2020 to June 2021 were divided into experimental group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group received conventional drug intervention after surgery,and the experimental group received ergosin treatment on the basis of the control group.Postoperative bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding,menstrual outcome and duration of abdominal pain were compared between the two groups.Endometrial thickness,uterine diameter and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding time,menstrual outcome and duration of abdominal pain in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the three diameters of the uterus were shorter than before treatment,and the above indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the dference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ergotrine can reduce the amount of bleeding after abortion,shorten the bleeding time,promote menstruation and uterine recovery,with high safety.
