分析透明质酸联合他克莫司治疗湿疹患儿的疗效及对免疫指标和血清因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨透明质酸联合他克莫司治疗湿疹患儿的疗效,并分析其对患儿免疫指标、血清因子的影响。方法选取单县东大医院2021年3月-2023年1月期间收治的155例湿疹患儿,以抽签法分成对照组(n=77)和观察组(n=78)。对照组采用他克莫司治疗,观察组增加透明质酸治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、症状缓解时间、不良反应、免疫指标及血清因子。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组丘疹消退时间、瘙痒缓解时间均短于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组免疫因子指标对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清因子指标对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白介素-10(IL-10)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸联合他克莫司治疗湿疹显示出良好效果,可缩短病程,并具有良好的安全性,同时还能够调节免疫、降低血清因子水平。Objective To explore the efficacy of hyaluronic acid combined with Tacrolimus in the treatment of eczema in children,and analyze the impact on immune indicators and serum factors of children.Method 155 children with eczema admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a lottery method:the control group(n=77)and the observation group(n=78).The control group was treated with Tacrolimus,and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid.Compare the treatment efficacy,symptom relief time,adverse reactions,immune indicators,and serum factors between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time for papule regression and itching relief compared to the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in immune factor indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum factor indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group received interleukin-10(IL-10)and γ-Interferon(IFN-γ)lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid combined with Tacrolimus has shown good results in the treatment of eczema,which can shorten the course of disease,and has good safety.At the same time,it can also regulate immunity and reduce serum factor levels.
