门诊中药房饮片调配中中药处方点评对用药差错的干预分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析门诊中药房饮片调配中中药处方点评对用药差错的干预效果。方法选择2022年4月-2022年11月如东县中医院门诊中药房开具的中药饮片处方946张,根据是否应用中药处方点评干预分成两组,组别为对照组与研究组,每组处方均为473张。对照组给予常规用药指导,研究组给予中药处方点评,观察两组处方中用药差错发生情况、用药不良反应发生情况、患者用药满意度,之后对两组观察结果予以统计比较。结果相比于对照组,研究组用药差错发生率、用药不良反应发生率更低,患者用药满意度更高,P<0.05,组间具有统计学差异。结论门诊中药房饮片调配中实施中药处方点评后,可进一步减少处方用药差错及用药不良反应的发生,提高患者用药满意度,值得临床深入研究与借鉴应用。Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of TCM prescription comments on medication errors in the preparation of decoction pieces in outpatient TCM pharmacy.Methods From April 2022 to November 2022,946 prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces issued by outpatient TCM pharmacy of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to whether TCM prescription review intervention was applied,namely control group and study group,with 473 prescriptions in each group.The control group was given routine medication guidance,and the study group was given TCM prescription comments.The occurrence of medication errors,adverse drug reactions and patients'satisfaction with medication in the two groups were observed,and the observation results of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of medication errors and adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower,and the patients'satisfaction with medication was higher(P<0.05),with statistical difference between groups.Conclusion The implementation of TCM prescription review in the preparation of herbal tablets in outpatient pharmacy can further reduce the occurrence of prescription medication errors and adverse drug reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients with medication,which is worthy of clinical research and reference application.
