摘　　要：目的研究门诊小儿咳嗽性疾病治疗期间,特布他林雾化液、硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入溶液治疗的作用及成效。方法在2021年1月-2023年1月门诊内符合小儿咳嗽性疾病指征患儿中选取研究样本70例,遵循抛币法的分组方式,将其分成对照组、研究组进行对比研究,每组各35例。对照组实施硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入溶液治疗,研究组予以特布他林雾化液治疗,对两组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率进行统计学对比。结果对照组患儿咳嗽消失时间长于研究组,研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,统计学分析有意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但两组数据差异小,对比无意义(P>0.05)。结论特布他林雾化液治疗有效性及安全性均较高,对改善患儿病情具有积极意义,可以缩短患儿咳嗽消失时间,降低相关不良反应的发生率,实施价值高,可广泛应用。Objective To study the effect of terbutaline atomization solution and salbutamol sulfate atomization inhalation solution in the treatment of pediatric cough disease in outpatient department.Methods The study was selected and conducted among pediatric cough disease indications in outpatient clinics from January 2021 to January 2023.A total of 70 study samples were selected and grouped according to the coin throwing method.They were divided into two comparative studies,with 35 cases in each group,divided into a control group and a study group.The treatment of salbutamol sulfate atomized inhalation solution and terbutaline atomized solution were carried out in turn.The time of cough disappearance,treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The disappearance time of cough in the control group was longer than that in the study group,the effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference in data between the two groups was small and the comparison was meaningless(P>0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline atomized solution has high efficacy and safety,which is of positive significance for the improvement of children's condition,can shorten the time of cough disappearance in children,reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions,has high implementation value,and can be widely used.
