摘 要:目的分析在食源性细菌检测中,引入实时荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术的临床应用价值。方法抽取2021年5月-2022年5月于天津市静海区疾病预防控制中心行食源性细菌检测的样本共计100份;所有样本均应用FQ-PCR及细菌培养法进行检测,检测菌种包括:沙门菌、志贺菌、副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、诺如病毒及轮状病毒,比较不同检测方式检测准确度差异。结果细菌培养法共检出沙门菌5份、志贺菌41份、副溶血性弧菌5份、金黄色葡萄球菌6份、诺如病毒5份、轮状病毒1份,总阳性检出数63份,总阳性率为63.00%。FQ-PCR法共检出沙门菌7份、志贺菌58份、副溶血性弧菌10份、金黄色葡萄球菌9份、诺如病毒7份、轮状病毒1份,总阳性检出数92份,占比92.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.114,P=0.000)。结论在食源性细菌检测中,引入FQ-PCR检测技术,相较于传统的细菌检测方式,能有效提升检出率水平,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)in the detection of foodborne bacteria.Methods A total of 100 samples were selected for foodborne bacteria detection in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 for foodborne bacteria detection.All samples were detected by FQ-PCR and bacterial culture method,and the detected bacteria included salmonella,Shiglla,Vibrio parahaemolyicus,Staphylococcus aureus,norovirus and rotavirus in total.The detection accuracy of different detection methods was compared.Results A total of 5 isolates of salmonella,41 isolates of Shigella,5 isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,6 isolates of Staphylococcus aureus,5 isolates of norovirus and 1 isolates of rotavirus were detected by the bacterial culture method.A total of 63 isolates were detected positively,with a total positive rate of 63.00%.By FQ-PCR,7 salmonella samples,58 Shigella samples,10 Vibrio parahemolyticus samples,9 Staphylococcus aureus samples,7 norovirus samples and 1 rotavirus samples were detected.The total number of positive samples was 92,accounting for 92.00%(χ^(2)=24.114,P=0.000).Conclusion In the detection of foodborne bacteria,the introduction of FQ-PCR detection technology can effectively improve the detection rate compared with the traditional bacterial detection method,and has certain clinical application value.
