摘　　要：目的分析口腔颌面外科患者分别接受常规口腔护理模式和个性化口腔护理模式的效果。方法此次研究病例选自钦州市第二人民医院口腔颌外科收治的70例患者,病例选取时段在2022年3月-2023年3月期间。依照随机数字表法将患者设为对照组及观察组,每组35例。将常规口腔护理模式应用在对照组患者中,将个性化口腔护理模式应用在观察组患者中。从口腔伤口愈合、口腔状态(Beck口腔评分量表评分)、舒适度、并发症方面对两组患者开展评价对比。结果在口腔伤口愈合程度方面,观察组愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者舒适度评分、Beck口腔评分与该组干预前相比均有显著下降(P<0.05);且观察组与对照组相比降低更为显著(P<0.05)。在并发症方面,观察组总发生率与对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论将个性化口腔护理模式应用在口腔颌面外科患者中,可加快手术伤口愈合,提高患者舒适度,促进口腔状况改善,减少并发症发生。Objective To observe and analyze the effects of conventional oral nursing mode and personalized oral nursing mode in oral and maxillofacial surgery patients.Methods In this study,70 patients admitted to the oral and maxillary surgery department of our hospital were selected from March 2022 to March 2023.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 patients included in each group.The conventional oral care mode was applied in the control group,and the personalized oral care mode was applied in the observation group.The two groups were evaluated and compared in terms of oral wound healing,oral status(Beck Oral Score Scale),comfort level and complications.Results In the oral wound healing degree,the healing situation of the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,comfort score and Beck oral score of two groups were significantly decreased compared with before intervention(P<0.05).And the decrease was more significant in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized oral nursing model in oral and maxillofacial surgery patients can accelerate the healing of surgical wound,improve the comfort level of patients,promote the improvement of oral condition and reduce the occurrence of complications.
