中医定向透药联合加压冷疗对膝关节术后患肢肿痛患者的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医定向透药联合加压冷疗对膝关节术后患肢肿痛患者的效果。方法按随机数字表法将2021年7月-2023年1月于萍乡市中医院行膝关节手术治疗的60例患者分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统冰袋冷敷干预,观察组采用加压冷疗联合中医定向透药干预。比较两组肢体肿胀周径值、疼痛程度、膝关节活动度及满意度。结果两组干预后的肢体肿胀周径值及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组膝关节活动度优良率(93.33%)及护理满意度(96.67%)均高于对照组(73.33%、73.33%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论膝关节手术后采用中医定向透药联合加压冷疗干预能够促进患肢肿胀消退,减轻疼痛程度,恢复患者的膝关节功能,提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of directional permeation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pressure and cold therapy on the patients with swollen and painful limbs after knee surgery.Methods 60 patients who underwent knee surgery in our hospital from July 2021 to January 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional ice pack cold compress,and the observation group was treated with pressure cold therapy combined with directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine.The circumference of limb swelling,pain degree,knee motion and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The circumference of limb swelling and visual analog scale(VAS)score after intervention were lower in two groups than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee motion(93.33%)and nursing satisfaction(96.67%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(73.33%and 73.33%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and pressure cold therapy after knee surgery can promote the subside of the swelling of affected limb,reduce the degree of pain,restore the function of the patient's knee joint and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
