平衡火罐法对老年腰椎退变的干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨平衡火罐法对老年腰椎退变患者的干预效果。方法选取云南省中医医院2022年2月-2023年1月收治的老年腰椎退变疾病患者80例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、研究组,对照组(n=36)给予常规物理治疗,研究组(n=44)在对照组基础上给予平衡火罐治疗,记录两组治疗前后(治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月、治疗后3个月)疼痛评分(VAS)、功能改善(包括行走能力、站立稳定、腰部功能、日常活动和平衡功能)以及出院后的生活质量评分(包括心理状态、认知功能、睡眠质量、生理功能和社会功能)。结果治疗前,两组疼痛(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月、治疗后3个月研究组的疼痛(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的行走能力、腰部功能、日常活动评分低于对照组,站立稳定、平衡功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组出院后心理状态、认知功能、睡眠质量、生理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡火罐法对老年腰椎退变患者具有显著的干预效果,与常规物理治疗相比,平衡火罐法能够显著降低患者的疼痛评分,改善患者功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the intervention effect of balance cupping method on elderly patients with lumbar degeneration.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with lumbar degenerative disease admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method.The control group(n=36)was given routine physical therapy,and the study group(n=44)was given balanced cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain score(VAS),functional improvement(including walking ability,standing stability,waist function,daily activities and balance function)and quality of life score(including mental state,cognitive function,sleep quality,physiological function and social function)were recorded before and after treatment(I month,2 months and 3 months after treatment).Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores of 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of walking ability,waist function and daily activities in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of standing stability and balance function were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological state,cognitive function,sleep quality,physiological function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The balance cupping therapy has a significant intervention effect on elderly patients with lumbar degeneration.Compared with conventional physical therapy,the balance cupping therapy can significantly reduce the pain score and improve the function and quality of life of patients.
