丹鹿通督片联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丹鹿通督片联合甲钴胺片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二八医院收治的136例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机法分为对照组(68例)和治疗组(68例)。对照组患者口服甲钴胺片,1片/次,3次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服丹鹿通督片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者连续服药28 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状缓解时间,疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI)评分,血清炎性因子转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和神经肽(NPY)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率是98.53%明显高于对照组的85.25%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组腰背痛、坐骨神经痛、下肢麻木、大小腿无力缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清炎性因子IL-6、NPY、TGF-β1水平均低于治疗前,而β-EP水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹鹿通督片联合甲钴胺片治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,可有效缓解临床症状,有效减轻腰部疼痛状态,并减弱炎症反应,促使腰部功能增强。Objective To explore the clinical research on Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with Mecobalamin Tablets in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Patients(136 cases)with lumbar disc herniation in the 928th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control(68 cases)and treatment(68 cases)group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Mecobalamin Tablets,I tablet/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danlu Tongdu Tablets on the basis of the control group,4 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,and the relief time of symptom,VAS scores and ODI scores,serum IL-6,NPY,TGF-β1,andβ-EP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate ofthe treatment group(98.53%)was significantly higher than that ofthe control group(85.25%,P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of low back pain,sciatica,lower limb numbness and high leg weakness in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Afer treatment,the scores ofVAS and ODI in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6,NPY,and TGF-β1 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,while level ofβ-EP was higher(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with Mecobalamin Tablets are effective in synergistic treatment,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,effectively relieve lumbar pain,weaken inflammatory reaction and enhance lumbar function.
