活血解毒丸联合泼尼松治疗急性乳腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨活血解毒丸联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月四川省妇幼保健院收治的120例急性乳腺炎患者,根据计算机随机排列法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组口服醋酸泼尼松片,4片/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温水送服活血解毒丸,0.5袋/次,2次/d。两组患者连续治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的症状消退时间、主观疼痛程度、血清因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组的总有效率(78.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组发热、乳腺红肿、乳腺疼痛消退时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的视觉模拟法(VAS)评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组患者VAS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清中血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组的血清SAA、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血解毒丸联合醋酸泼尼松片可提高急性乳腺炎的临床疗效,能减轻症状,降低炎症反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Jiedu Pills combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablets in treatment of acute mastitis.Methods Patients(120 cases)with acute mastitis in Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the computer random arrangement method,and each group had 60 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Prednisone Acetate Tablets,4 tablets/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huoxue Jiedu Pills on the basis of the control group,O.5 bag/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d.Affer treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the symptom resolution time,subjective pain level,and serum factor level in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 93.33%in the treatment group was higher than 78.33%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the regression times of fever,breast redness and breast pain in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of SAA,TNF-α,and hs-CRP in two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum levels of SAA,TNF-α,and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Jiedu Pills combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of acute mastitis,reduce symptoms and inflammation.
