微信视频即时交流探视模式在儿童重症医学科学龄前期患儿中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨微信视频即时交流探视模式应用于儿童重症医学科学龄前期患儿的效果。方法 选择莆田市儿童医院2021年11月—2022年6月儿童重症医学科收治的119例学龄前期患儿作为研究对象,按入院/转入奇偶日分为对照组(n=58)与观察组(n=61),对照组采用观看无声监控录像探视模式,观察组采用微信视频即时交流探视模式。分析对比2组患儿家属的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)得分、对护理工作的满意度以及学龄前患儿对护理治疗的依从性。结果 观察组在入院/转入2 d后,患儿家属的焦虑自评量表得分是(44.85±3.75)分,低于对照组的(47.07±2.41)分;观察组在出院/转出时,患儿家属的焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分为(38.08±3.61)分,低于对照组的(41.62±2.22)分(P<0.01)。观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度是95.08%,比对照组的82.76%高;观察组学龄前患儿对护理的依从率是93.44%,比对照组的79.31%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 儿童重症医学科采用微信视频即时交流探视模式,可以有效提高学龄前期患儿的依从性,减轻患儿家属的焦虑程度,进而提高家属的护理满意度,应继续推行应用。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat video instant communication visiting mode applied to preschool children in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.Methods A total of 119 preschool children who were admitted to the PICU in Putian Children's Hospital from November 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided by the comparison group(n=58)and the trial group(n=61)by admission odd-even date.The comparison group employed the visitation mode of watching silent surveillance video;the trial group employed the visitation mode of WeChat video real-time communication.The self-rating anxiety scale,satisfaction with nursing care and preschool children's compliance with nursing care were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After 2 days of hospitalization in the trial group,the family members'self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score was(44.85±3.75),which was under the contrast(47.07±2.41).The family members'self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score was(38.08±3.61)when the children were discharged/transferred out,which was under the contrast(41.62±2.22)(P<0.01).The satisfactory ratio of the parents of the trial team with nursing care was 95.08%,which surpassed the contrast(82.76%),the compliance rate of preschool children in the trial team to nursing was 82.76%,which far exceed the contrast(79.31%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat video real-time communication and visiting mode in children's intensive care unit can effectively improve the compliance of preschool children,abate the anxiety of the parents,thereby improving the satisfactory ratio.It is worth continuing to implement.
