品管圈活动降低门诊西药房调剂内部差错率的实践研究

摘　　要：目的考察品管圈活动在降低门诊西药房调剂内部差错率的效果。方法按照品管圈活动的基本步骤,选取10位门诊西药房调剂药师组建品管圈,对江西省儿童医院门诊西药房2021年9月至12月药品内部差错原因进行分析,制订整改措施并组织实施。结果经4个月持续改进,门诊西药房调剂内部总差错率从1.5%降至0.3%,且在为期4周的巩固期中总差错率维持在0.3%,较活动之初设定的目标值(0.5%)明显改善,实际差错率改善幅度从67%提高至80%。结论开展品管圈活动对门诊西药房调剂内部差错率进行管理,有效降低了门诊西药房调剂内部差错率,效果明显,切实可行,提高了药学服务质量。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities in reducing the internal error rate of dispensing in outpatient pharmacy.Methods According to the basic steps of the quality control circle activity,10 dispensing pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy were selected to establish a quality control circle,analyze the causes of internal drug errors in outpatient pharmacy of Jiangxi provincial Children's Hospital from September to December 2021,formulate corrective measures and organize implementation.Results After 4 months of continuous improvement,the total error rate of outpatient pharmacy dispensing was reduced from 1.5%to 0.3%,and the total error rate remained at 0.3%during the 4-week consolidation period,which was significantly improved compared with the target value set at the beginning of the activity(0.5%),and the actual error rate improvement rate was increased from 67%to 80%.Conclusion Quality control circle activities were carried out to manage the internal error rate of dispensing in outpatient pharmacy,which effectively reduced the internal error rate of dispensing in outpatient pharmacy,and the effect was obvious and feasible,and the quality of pharmaceutical care was improved.
