摘 要:目的确定姜酚提取物抗肿瘤活性的最佳配比。方法运用优选的生姜中姜酚类有效部位的制备工艺,研究不同产地的30个批次生姜中6-姜辣素、8-姜酚、10-姜酚的配比。通过体外宫颈癌Hela细胞抑制率IC_(50)试验,确定生姜中6-姜辣素、8-姜酚、10-姜酚的最佳配比关系。结果不同产地的30个批次生姜中6-姜辣素、8-姜酚、10-姜酚的含量差异较大,且体外宫颈癌Hela细胞抑制率试验的IC_(50)值相差较大。根据IC_(50)值确定6-姜辣素、8-姜酚、10-姜酚的比例范围为(76.5%~77.5%)∶(11.0%~12.0%)∶(11.0%~12.0%)时,抗肿瘤活性最强,为最佳配比关系。结论浙江磐安生姜的姜酚提取物对宫颈癌Hela细胞的IC_(50)值最低,可将该产地的姜酚提取物作为治疗宫颈癌的参考标准。Objective Determining the optimal ratio of gingerol for antitumor activity.Methods Using the optimized preparation technology of the effective parts of gingerol in ginger to study the ratio of 6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 10-gingerol in 30 batches of ginger from different origin.Through IC_(50)test of Hela cell inhibition rate in vitro to determine the best proportioning relationship of 6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 10-gingerol in ginger.Results The contents of 6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 10-gingerol in 30 batches of ginger from different origin were significantly different,and the IC_(50)values of Hela cell inhibition rate in vitro cervical cancer varied greatly.When the ratio of 6-gingerol,8-gingerol,and 10-gingerol is(76.5%-77.5%):(11.0%-12.0%):(11.0%-12.0%)according to the IC_(50)value,the antitumor activity is the strongest,which is the best ratio relationship.Conclusion The gingerol extract from Panan ginger in Zhejiang province has the lowest IC_(50)value on hela cells of cervical cancer,and the gingerol extract from this origin can be used as a reference standard for the treatment of cervical cancer.
