注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球致白细胞减少症1例分析

摘　　要：1例诊断为子宫内膜异位症(内异症)的女性患者,使用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球3.75 mg治疗后,白细胞计数降低,低至2.74×10^(9)/L,无其他不适症状,经过药品不良反应关联性评价考虑为醋酸亮丙瑞林微球所致白细胞减少症,停用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球,改用地诺孕素抑制内异症复发,同时口服升白药物地榆升白片和利可君片,治疗2周后白细胞计数逐渐恢复至正常范围。提示临床实践中警惕药品不良反应。One female patient diagnosed as endometriosis was treated with 3.75 mg leuprorelin acetate microspheres,and the white blood cell count decreased to 2.74×10^(9)/L,no other uncomfortable symptoms.Through the evaluation of the association of adverse drug reactions,it was considered that leukopenia caused by leuprorelin acetate microspheres.Stop leuprorelin acetate microspheres,and use dinogestrel to inhibit the recurrence of endometriosis.At the same time,take orally the leukogenic drugs diyushengbai tablets and likejun tablets.After two weeks of treatment,the white blood cell count gradually returned to the normal range.Reminder to be vigilant against adverse drug reactions in clinical practice.
