凉血地黄汤加减口服治疗内痔出血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析凉血地黄汤加减口服治疗内痔出血的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数字表法将2019年8月至2021年7月于新余市中医院就诊的80例内痔出血患者分为两组,各40例。对照组采用复方角菜酸酯栓塞肛治疗,研究组在此基础上联合凉血地黄汤加减,1剂/天,水煎服,两组均连续治疗14 d。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、出血及肛门坠胀消失时间、不良反应。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组便血鲜红、血出如箭、大便干结、小便黄赤、肛门瘙痒、口渴证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后肛门出血及肛门坠胀消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论 内痔出血患者口服凉血地黄汤加减治疗可获得较好的临床效果,有助于在短时间内快速改善病情,缓解各临床症状,利于促进内痔糜烂黏膜的修复,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified liangxue dihuang decoction in the treatment of bleeding internal hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with bleeding internal hemorrhoids admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to July 2021 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with compound carraghenates suppositories,and the study group was treated with modified liangxue dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,disappearance time of hemorrhage and anal distension,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After continuous treatment for 14 days,the total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.50%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of red stool blood,arrow blood,dry stool,yellow urine,anal pruritus and thirst syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of anal bleeding and anal heave in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).During treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Oral treatment of liangxue dihuang decoction can obtain good clinical effect in patients with bleeding internal hemorrhoids,which is helpful to improve the condition rapidly in a short time,relieve clinical symptoms,and promote the repair of internal hemorrhoids erosion mucous membrane,without obvious adverse reactions,worthy of popularization and application.
