保阴煎联合寿胎丸对先兆流产患者性激素水平及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨保阴煎联合寿胎丸对先兆流产患者性激素水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月江西中医药大学附属医院接诊先兆流产患者93例,用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=46)、研究组(n=47)。对照组予寿胎丸治疗,研究组在此基础上联合保阴煎治疗,持续2周。对比两组性激素水平[孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)及雌二醇(E2)],炎性因子水平[白介素-10(IL-10)及γ-干扰素(INF-γ)]及妊娠结局。结果研究组总有效率(95.74%)较对照组高(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后E2、β-hCG、P水平均增高,且研究组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-10水平均增高,INF-γ水平均下降,且研究组IL-10、INF-γ水平改善较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组足月妊娠率(85.11%)较对照组高(67.39%),流产率(4.26%)较对照组低(19.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保阴煎联合寿胎丸可提高先兆流产患者性激素水平,调节炎性因子表达,改善妊娠结局。Objective To investigate the effects of baoyin decoction combined with shoutai pills on sex hormone levels and pregnancy outcome in patients with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 93 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=47).The control group was treated with shoutai pills,and the study group was treated with baoyin decoction on this basis.Sex hormone levels[progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)and estradiol(E2)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-10(IL-10)and gamma-interferon(INF-γ)]and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate was higher in the study group(95.74%)than in the control group(80.43%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);E2,β-hCG,and P levels increased in both groups after treatment,and higher in the study group than in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);IL-10 levels increased and INF-γlevels decreased in both groups after treatment,the IL-10 and INF-γlevels in the study group improved better than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the full-term pregnancy rate in the study group(85.11%)was higher than that in the control group(67.39%),and the miscarriage rate(4.26%)was lower than that in the control group(19.57%),with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoyin decoction combined with shoutai pills can increase the level of sex hormone,regulate the expression of inflammatory factors and improve the pregnancy outcome in patients with threatened abortion.
