痧罐疗法在痰热扰心失眠中的临床应用

摘　　要：中医将不寐称为“不得卧”或“目不瞑”。失眠的发生与现代人精神压力大使肝失条达,气郁化火,火热炼液为痰,或因暴饮暴食、过食肥甘厚味,导致脾胃受损,痰积生久易酿生痰热有关。临床最为常见的失眠证型乃是痰热内扰型,治疗以燥湿化痰、清热止烦、和中安神为法。笔者运用虎符铜砭刮痧与中药竹罐技术相联合,简称痧罐疗法,取二者之长避其所短,优化该操作流程,直达病所,疗效致治。其中药罐自拟清热化痰方加减起到清热化痰,和中安神作用,让药物通过皮部物理渗透原理被穴位吸收发挥药效,且经皮给药增进疗效,不仅刺激了膀胱经上五脏背俞穴以泻五脏之火,开五脏之郁,舒五脏之气,安五脏之志,且药罐的吸附力可直接将体内的痰浊、瘀血、热邪等病理产物吸附出。另外虎符铜砭通过反复刮拭能升温,入脉的气温升高遇寒则聚,遇热则散,帮助化解脉里瘀结,增进临床疗效。充分作用于心经、心包经经络,调动阳气治病,以达通为治,以通为补,从而改善失眠症状。总之,痧罐联合疗法刺激背部膀胱经五脏腧穴可多环节、多途径调整患者失眠症状,能够协同提高临床疗效,是一种简便廉效、疗效显著、不良作用小的中医药治疗失眠的外治法。Insomnia is called“not to lie down”or“not to close eyes”in traditional Chinese medicine.The occurrence of insomnia is related to the modern people’s high mental pressure,which makes the liver lose its integrity,the depression turns into heat,and the hot fluid changes into sputum,or the spleen and stomach are damaged due to over-drinking and overeating which happen to those who really enjoy eating greasy,sweet,or strong flavored foods,and prolonged accumulation of phlegm can easily lead to phlegm heat.The most common type of insomnia in clinical practice is mainly the phlegm-heat internal disturbance type.The treatment is based on the principles of drying dampness and resolving phlegm,clearing heat and relieving restlessness,and calming the nerves to achieve harmony.The author uses the combination of tiger symbol copper needle scraping and traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jar cupping,which is referred to as Guasha cupping therapy.The advantages of these two are taken to avoid their disadvantages,and the operation process is optimized to reach the sicked body parts directly,and the curative effect is achieved.Among them,the self formulated formula for clearing heat and resolving phlegm in the medicine jar has been modified to play a role in clearing heat and resolving phlegm,as well as calming the nerves.It enables drugs to be absorbed by acupoints through the principle of physical penetration through the skin to exert their therapeutic effects,and enhance the therapeutic effect through transdermal administration.It not only stimulates five-zang(五脏)back-shu acuoints on the bladder meridian to purge the fire of five-zang,relieve the depression of five-zang,regulate Qi(气)of five-zang,and pacify the aspiration of five-zang.Moreover,the adsorption capacity of the medicine jar can directly adsorb pathological products such as phlegm,congestion,and heat evil from the body.In addition,the tiger symbol copper needle scraping can increase temperature by repeatedly scraping and wiping.When the temperature
