贺氏针灸三通法的临床应用概述

摘　　要：著名中医针灸学专家、国医大师贺普仁教授,博采众家之长,历经数十年临床实践,提出了“病多气滞,法用三通”之中医针灸病机观点,创立了“微通”“温通”及“强通”的“贺式针灸三通法”特色治疗原则。三通法其核心在“通”上,针刺疗法的最终结果也在于“通”,而大部分疾病的根源在于“不通”。“微通法”是以毫针刺法为主,是临床中最常用的一种针灸方法。“温通法”以火针疗法和艾灸疗法为主,优势及特色在于此法的“温热”效应,凭借火热之势及温热刺激温阳祛寒,疏通经脉、气血。“强通法”以三棱针或其他针具放血治疗为主。用针具刺破人体浅表络脉,迫血外泄,则病邪随血出而祛除。邪热外泄、祛瘀生新、经脉疏通,可发挥醒神开窍、安神定志、解毒祛邪等作用。强通法主要应用于急救及热证、瘀滞等病症。据临床验证,“贺式针灸三通法”当今已成为独特又完善的针灸理论体系,临床中灵活应用,治疗得当,针到病除,可谓治疗疾病“立竿见影”,治病防病,养生保健。文章主要将贺氏三通法在以下疾病中的临床应用进行逐一介绍:皮肤相关疾病如湿疹、带状疱疹,骨关节病如骨关节炎、颈椎病,头面部疾病如面瘫、面肌痉挛,妇科疾病如子宫肌瘤、痛经等。Professor HE Puren,a famous expert in acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine and master of traditional Chinese medicine,has learned from the merits of many schools.After decades of clinical practice,the professor has put forward the viewpoint of pathogenesis of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine that“more diseases are caused by stagnation of Qi(气),and three-way method is used”,and has created the characteristic treatment principle of“three-way method of acupuncture and moxibustion of HE-style”of“micro-dredge method”,“warming method”and“Forceful method”.The core of the three-way method lies in“connection”,and the final result of acupuncture therapy also lies in“connection”,while the root of most diseases lies in“impassability”.The“micro-dredge method”is based on filiform needle needling,which is the most commonly used method in acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice.The“warming method”is based on fire needle therapy and moxibustion therapy.Its advantages and characteristics are the“warming”effect of this method.By virtue of the fiery potential and warm stimulation,it can warm Yang(阳)and dispel the cold,and dredge the meridians,Qi and blood.“Forceful method”is mainly used for bloodletting treatment with triangular needle or other needles.A needle is used to pierce the superficial collaterals of the human body and force the blood to flow out,then the pathogenic factors will be removed with the blood.Exogenous diarrhea of pathogenic heat,elimination of blood stasis and regeneration,and dredging of meridians can play a role in awakening the mind,calming the nerves and calming the mind,detoxifying and removing pathogenic factors.Forceful method is mainly used in emergency treatment,fever,stasis and other diseases.According to clinical verification,“HE-style acupuncture and moxibustion three-way method”has now become a unique and perfect acupuncture theoretical system.It can be used flexibly in clinical practice,
