去腐生肌膏治疗压疮的疗效观察与护理经验

摘　　要：目的:评价北京市大兴区中西医结合医院去腐生肌膏在治疗压疮中的临床疗效,并总结了相应护理经验。方法:研究时间为2016年10月―2019年1月,对象为罹患压疮患者,而后分组,指导原则为随机抽签法,具体组别为对照组、治疗组,每组34例。常规清洁各组皮损部位待完全干燥后,对照组给予生肌玉红膏治疗方案,治疗组给予去腐生肌膏治疗方案。比较组间患者压疮的愈合时间及总有效率。结果:愈合时间组间比较,治疗组、对照组愈合时间分别为(10.97±3.56)d、(13.11±2.95)d,P=0.01<0.05,治疗组愈合时间明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。临床有效率组间比较,差异无统计学意义,但治疗组治愈率为79.41%(27/34),对照组为52.54%(18/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:去腐生肌膏治疗压疮的疗效优于生肌玉红膏,去腐生肌膏是在生肌玉红膏基础上加用红升增加去腐生肌之功,白及收敛止血、消肿生肌,乳香、没药祛瘀行气、消肿止痛,冰片通经络、行气活血、散瘀止痛,去腐生肌膏能够提高压疮患者的愈合率,缩短创面的愈合时间,而且可使患者免受清创之苦,降低患者疼痛度,具有较高的临床应用价值,去腐生肌膏在应用过程中的安全程度也可以得到有效保障。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Qufu Shengji ointment(去腐生肌膏)in the treatment of pressure ulcers,and summarize the corresponding nursing experience.Methods:The study started in October 2016 and ended in January 2019.The subjects were patients with pressure ulcers,and then they were grouped.The guiding principle was random draw method,the specific groups were the control group and the treatment group,with 34 samples in each group.The control group was given Shengji Yuhong ointment(生肌玉红膏)treatment after routine cleaning of the skin lesions in each group until it was completely dry,and the treatment group was given Qufu Shengji ointment treatment.The healing time and total effective rate of pressure sore were compared between groups.Results:The healing time was compared between groups,the healing time in the treatment group and the control group was(10.97±3.56)d and(13.11±2.95)d,P=0.01<0.05,the healing time in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in clinical effective rate between the groups,but the cure rate was 79.41%in the treatment group and 52.54%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufu Shengji ointment has better effects than Shengji Yuhong ointment in the treatment pressure ulcer.Qufu Shengji ointment is based on Shengji Yuhong ointment.Hongsheng(Hydrargyri Oxydum Rubrum)is added for eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation,Baiji(Bletilla striata)is for convergence hemostasis,swelling and muscle,Ruxiang(Frankincense)and Moyao(myrrh)are for removing blood stasis and promoting Qi(气),relieving swelling and pain,Bingpian(borneol)is for dredging meridian and collaterals,improving qi and blood circulation,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.Qufu Shengji ointment can improve the healing rate of pressure sore patients,shorten the healing time of the wound,and can prevent patients from suffering de
