苏州地区6月龄婴儿纯母乳喂养现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨苏州地区6月龄婴儿纯母乳喂养率现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2021年9-12月在苏州地区4家三级医院分娩的4716例产妇及其婴儿作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、母乳喂养知识量表、母乳喂养行为态度量表、母乳喂养自我效能量表、社会支持量表于产后1,4,6个月进行调查。采用二元logistic回归分析6月龄婴儿纯母乳喂养率影响因素。结果:苏州地区6月龄婴儿纯母乳喂养率为60.4%。二元logistic回归结果显示,婴儿母亲文化程度高、父亲年龄大、产后母婴同室、母亲为初产妇、母亲母乳喂养行为态度得分低、母亲母乳喂养自我效能得分低者,婴儿6月龄时纯母乳喂养的可能性大(P<0.05)。结论:苏州地区6月龄婴儿纯母乳喂养率仍有待提高,应进一步完善母乳喂养健康教育,构建母乳喂养社会支持体系,促进提高苏州地区6月龄婴儿纯母乳喂养率。Objective:To investigate the status and the influencing factors of exclusive breastfeeding of infants aged 6 months in Suzhou.Methods:By employing the convenient sampling method,a total of 4716 women who gave birth in four tertiary hospitals in Suzhou area from September to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The investigation was conducted by the general information questionnaire,breastfeeding knowledge Scale,maternal breastfeeding evaluation scale,breastfeeding self-efficacy scale,and social support rating scale in the 1st month,the 4th month,and the 6th month after delivery.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of exclusive breastfeeding of the infants aged 6 months.Results:The rate of exclusive breastfeeding of the infants aged 6 months in Suzhou area was 60.4%.Binary logistic regression showed that the probability of exclusive breastfeeding of the infants aged 6 months was significantly higher if the infant's mother with highly education level,the father with advances age,the infant in the room with mother after born,the mother with delivery history,and the mother with low scores of the behavior and attitude of breastfeeding and the self-efficacy of breastfeeding(P<0.05).Conclusion:The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the infants aged 6 months in Suzhou area still needs to be improved.It is necessary to improve the breastfeeding health education and to construct the breastfeeding social support system in order to promote the increase of the exclusive breastfeeding rate of the infants aged 6 months in Suzhou area.
