米索前列醇联合缩宫素对足月引产产程、Bishop宫颈评分及妊娠结局影响

摘　　要：目的:探究米索前列醇联合缩宫素对足月引产产程、Bishop宫颈评分及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2022年5月于本院引产的足月孕妇112例,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组给予缩宫素引产,联合组缩宫素与米索前列醇联合引产。比较两组产程时间、Bishop宫颈评分、引产效果及妊娠结局。结果:联合组第一产程(407.9±125.4 min)与总产程时间(450.4±130.9 min)均短于对照组(663.3±218.2 min、722.1±223.4 min)(P<0.05),两组第二、第三产程时间无差异(P>0.05)。引产后两组Bishop评分较引产前上升,且联合组评分(8.89±1.24分)高于对照组(5.57±0.64分)(P<0.05)。对照组引产显效18例、有效26例、无效12例,联合组显效23例、有效29例、无效4例,联合组引产有效率(92.9%)高于对照组(78.6%)(P<0.05)。对照组剖宫产25例、阴道分娩31例,联合组剖宫产14例、阴道分娩42例,联合组阴道分娩率(75.0%)高于对照组(55.4%)(P<0.05),新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫总发生对照组与联合组(8.9%、10.7%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合缩宫素促宫颈成熟可提高引产效果,且未增加不良新生儿结局。Objective:To explore the effects of misoprostol combined with oxytocin for treating full-term pregnantwomen on their duration of induced labor,bishop score,and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:112 full-term pregnantwomen who wanted induction of labor were selected and were randomly divided into two groups by random number ta-ble method from May 2019 to May 2022.The women in the control group were given oxytocin for induction of labor,while the women in the study group were given misoprostol combined with oxytocin for induction of labor.The dura-tion of labor,Bishop score,effect of labor induction,and pregnancy outcomes of the women were compared betweentwo groups.Results:The durations of the first stage of labor(407.9±125.4 min)and the total stage of labor(450.4±130.9 min)of the women in the study group were significantly shorter than those(663.3±218.2 min and 722.1±223.4min)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the durations of the secondand the third stages of labor of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).The Bishop score of the women in thetwo groups after labor induction was significantly higher than that before labor induction,and which(8.89±1.24points)of the women in the study group was significantly higher than that(5.57±0.64 points)of the women in thecontrol group(P<0.05).There were 18 cases with perfect effectiveness of labor induction,26 cases with effectivenessof labor induction,and 12 cases with ineffectiveness of labor induction in the control group,and there were 23 caseswith perfect effectiveness of labor induction,29 cases with effectiveness of labor induction,and 4 cases with ineffec-tiveness of labor induction in the study group.The effective rate of labor induction(92.9%)of the women in the study group was significantly higher than that(78.6%)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).There were 25 womenwith cesarean section and 31 women with vaginal delivery in the control group,and there were14 women with cesareansection and 42 women with vagina
