摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室标准化急救流程的构建对异位妊娠破裂患者急救效果的影响。方法:前瞻性选择2020年1月-2022年12月在本院诊治的异位妊娠破裂患者128例,以数字表法分为两组各64例。对照组采用常规护理抢救流程,观察组采用手术室标准化急救护理流程,比较两组急救时效性评价指标、护士急救身心压力评分、急救医生护理满意度评分、抢救时间及手术出血量、急诊护理满意度及生活质量。结果:观察组抢救时间(38.62±7.82 min)、总救护时间(41.25±8.03 min)短于对照组(45.56±10.35 min、58.26±11.21 min),抢救成功率(98.4%)高于对照组(89.1%);手术出血量(1051.1±152.5ml)与护士身心压力评分(1.76±0.52分)均低于对照组(1295.1±186.4ml、3.89±0.86分),患者护理满意度(96.9%)及术后生活质量均高于对照组(84.4%)(均P<0.05)。结论:手术室标准化急救护理应用于异位妊娠急救中,能够为效提高抢救成功率,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of the construction of standardized emergency procedures in the operating room for patients with ectopic pregnancy rupture on their effect of emergency treatment.Methods:128 patients with ectopic pregnancy rupture were selected prospectively and were divided into two groups(64 cases in each group) by the digital table method from January 2020 to December 2022.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and rescue procedures in the operating room,and the patients in the study group were given standardized emergency care procedures in the operating room.The indexes of the first aid timeliness,the physical and mental stress scores in emergency of nurses,the nursing satisfaction scores by doctors in the emergency treatment,the rescue time,the bleeding volume during operation,the emergency care satisfaction,and the quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The rescue time(38.62±7.82min) and the total rescue time(41.25±8.03min) of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those(45.56±10.35min and 58.26±11.21min) of the patients in the control group.The rescue success rate(98.4%) of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that(89.1%) of the patients in the control group.The blood loss during operation(1051.1±152.5ml) and the physical and mental stress scores(1.76±0.52points) of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those(1295.1±186.4ml and 3.89±0.86points) of the patients in the control group.The nursing satisfaction(96.9%) of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that(84.4%) of the patients in the control group,and the postoperative quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized emergency nursing in the operating room for the emergency treatment of the patients with the rupture of ectopic pregnancy can impr
