泽兰合剂联合益气续骨合剂序贯疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨泽兰合剂联合益气续骨合剂序贯疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月昆明市中医医院骨伤科门诊桡骨远端骨折患者60例,按照随机数字表法原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。上述60例患者均采取手法复位及夹板外固定术,对照组给予常规康复治疗,治疗组在复位后前2周口服泽兰合剂;在复位后第3周~第8周口服益气续骨合剂。对比两组各时段肿胀值、疼痛评分[运用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分]、腕关节功能评分(Cooney评分)、Radius联合评分系统(Radius Union Scoring System,RUSS)等。结果:治疗组RUSS评分在第35天、第49天均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分在第4天、第9天均低于对照组(P<0.05);Cooney评分在第28天、第56天均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肿胀值在第4天、第7天均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泽兰合剂联合益气续骨合剂序贯疗法在桡骨远端骨折的应用效果显著,可促进肿胀消退、缓解疼痛、加速骨痂形成、改善腕关节功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sequential therapy of the Zelan mixture(泽兰合剂)plus the Yiqi Xugu mixture(益气续骨合剂)on distal radius fracture.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2021,a total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture in the outpatient department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the principle of random number table,with 30 patients in each group.All the above patients were treated by manual reduction and splint external fixation.The control group was treated by conventional rehabilitation.The treatment group took the Zelan mixture orally 2 weeks before reduction.Take the Yiqi Xugu mixture orally 3 to 8 weeks after reduction.The swelling score,pain score(VAS score)and wrist function score(Cooney score),etc.were compared between the two groups at each time.Results:RUSS scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group on the 35th and 49th days(P<0.05).VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group on the 4th and 9th days(P<0.05).Cooney score was higher than that in the control group on the 28th and 56th days(P<0.05).The swelling score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group on the 4th and 7th days(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sequential therapy of the Zelan mixture combined with the Yiqi Xugu mixture has a significant effect in the treatment of distal radius fracture,which can promote swelling regression,relieve pain,accelerate callus formation,and improve wrist joint function.
