磁圆梅针结合针刀治疗下肢静脉曲张验案1则

摘　　要：下肢静脉曲张是由于各种原因引起静脉压力增高而导致的静脉迂曲、扩张。病变早期患者可无不适感,随着病变的进展,患者可出现久站或行走后患肢酸胀、易疲劳,也可有小腿肌肉痉挛发作。站立时,患肢出现隆起、迂曲、扩张的静脉等症状。下肢静脉曲张作为一种临床常见的外周血管疾病,其病情发展呈进行性,严重者可致残,严重影响患者的健康状况和生活质量。西医主要治疗方式有压迫治疗、药物治疗、微创治疗、手术治疗等,但均有不足之处。山西中医药大学冀来喜教授临床运用磁圆梅针结合针刀治疗本病,效果显著。笔者认为,磁圆梅针结合针刀治疗下肢静脉曲张是将现代解剖学与传统经络腧穴相结合,针具与磁能相统一,可以筋、肉、血、络同调,血管、肌肉共治,且具有创伤小、痛苦少、操作简便、费用低等优点,值得在临床上推广使用。文章分享冀来喜教授治疗下肢静脉曲张验案一则,以期为临床治疗本病提供新思路、新方法。Varicose veins of lower extremities are tortuous and dilated veins due to increased venous pressure caused by various reasons.The patient may have no discomfort at the early stage of the disease.With the progress of the disease,the patient may suffer from soreness and fatigue of the affected limb after standing or walking for a long time,and may also have calf muscle spasm.When standing,the affected limb has symptoms such as vein bulge,venous tortuosity,and venous dilatation.As a common peripheral vascular disease,varicose veins of the lower extremities develop in a progressive manner,which can lead to disability in severe cases,and seriously affect the health status and quality of life of patients.The main treatment methods of Western medicine include compression treatment,medicine treatment,minimally invasive treatment,surgical treatment,etc.,but they all have their shortcomings.Professor JI Laixi from Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine used round magnetic needle plus acupotomy to treat this disease,and the effect was remarkable.The author believes that the combination of round magnetic needle plus acupotomy is a combination of modern anatomy and traditional meridians and acupoints,the unity of needle and magnetic energy,which can be used to treat varicose veins of lower extremities by regulating tendons,muscles,blood and collaterals together,and treat blood vessels and muscles simultaneously.This combined therapy has the advantages of less trauma,less pain,simple operation,and low cost,which is worthy of clinical promotion.In this article,one case of treating varicose veins of lower extremities by Professor JI Laixi is shared with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.
