摘　　要：泄泻是指排便次数增多,粪便稀溏,甚至泄如水样为主要特征的病证。导致泄泻的主要原因多是感受外邪、饮食所伤、情志失调、脾胃不和等。此病一年四季均可发生,但以夏秋两季多见,可分为急性泄泻和慢性泄泻两类。泄泻多见于西医学的急慢性肠炎、胃肠功能紊乱、过敏性肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎等。山西省中医药研究院侯振民教授临床多年,具有丰富的治疗泄泻经验。他认为泄泻的病因主要是感受外邪、饮食所伤、脏腑虚弱或功能失调,主要病变部位在脾胃和大小肠。病机为脾虚湿胜、肝郁乘脾,肝脾不调,久泄泻及肾,脾肾阳虚。治疗上,根据运脾化湿、升提清阳,清热燥湿、通腑行气,补泻并用、健脾柔肝,温肾固摄,涩肠止泻的原则,侯教授注重从整体把握,从脏腑论治,治法灵活,却又不拘一格,取得了良好疗效。文章介绍了两则案例,患者甲以温运脾阳为治法,给予方药理中汤加味合桂枝加芍药汤。患者乙以温肾健脾、涩肠止泻为治法,给予方药张氏五更泄泻方加减,文章介绍侯振民教授治疗泄泻的经验,以期为临床提供参考。Diarrhea refers to a disease characterized by an increase in the number of stools,loose stool,or even watery discharge.The main causes of diarrhea are mainly the infection,food injuries,emotional disorders,and disharmony between the spleen and stomach.This disease can occur all year round,but it is common in summer and autumn.It can be divided into acute diarrhea and chronic diarrhea.Diarrhea is commonly seen in acute and chronic enteritis,gastrointestinal dysfunction,allergic enteritis,ulcerative colitis,etc.in western medicine.HOU Zhenmin,professor of Shanxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has had rich experience in treating diarrhea for many years.He believed that the main causes of diarrhea were infection,eating injuries,weakness of viscera or dysfunction,and the main lesions were in the spleen,stomach and intestines.The pathogenesis is spleen deficiency and dampness,liver depression and spleen,liver and spleen irregularity,long-term diarrhea and kidney,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency(阳虚).In terms of treatment,according to the principles of transporting the spleen and dissolving dampness,lifting and clearing Yang(清阳),clearing heat and dampness,clearing the intestines and promoting Qi(行气),tonifying diarrhea and using it together,strengthening the spleen and soft liver,warming the kidney and solidifying,and stopping diarrhea in the intestines,we pay attention to grasping the whole and treating from the internal organs,and the treatment method is flexible,but it is eclectic,and has achieved good curative effects.This article combines two cases,patient A takes Wenyun Spleen-Yang(温运脾阳)as the treatment method,and gives the Lizhong decoction(理中汤)plus Guizhi Shaoyao decoction(桂枝加芍药汤)in prescription pharmacology.Patient B took warm kidney,spleen,astringent intestine and antidiarrheal as the treatment method,and gave the ZHANG’s Wugeng Xiexie prescription(张氏五更泄泻方)addition and subtraction,and introduced Professor HOU Zhenmin’s experience in treating dia
