摘 要:目的探讨饮食指导护理对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月收治的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,按红绿双色球法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予饮食指导护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、全血高切黏度及血浆黏度均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的饮食行为总遵医嘱率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的饮食管理、运动管理、血糖监测、遵医用药及足部护理评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食指导护理可改善T2DM患者血糖及血液流变学指标,提高饮食行为遵医嘱率及自我管理能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of dietary guidance nursing on blood glucose level and self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 patients with T2DM admitted from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the red-green double-color ball method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group was given dietary guidance nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triacylglycerol(TG),whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of dietary behavior in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of diet management,exercise management,blood glucose monitoring,medication compliance and foot care in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary guidance nursing can improve the blood glucose and hemorheology indexes of T2DM patients,improve the compliance rate of diet behavior and self-management ability,which is worthy of promotion.
