摘　　要：目的探讨以微信为媒介的延伸护理在行玻璃体切割术治疗视网膜脱离患者中的应用效果及对术后视功能和并发症的影响。方法选取于本院行玻璃体切割术治疗的102例视网膜脱离患者,采用电脑数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组展开常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上展开以微信为媒介的延伸护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的眼部护理、规范用药、合理饮食与活动、定期复查依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的视功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为5.88%,显著低于对照组的19.61%(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的中文版低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以微信为媒介的延伸护理用于行玻璃体切割术治疗的视网膜脱离患者中,可有效提升其术后治疗依从性、视功能,减少并发症的发生,进一步提升其术后生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing with WeChat as the medium in patients with retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy and its influences on postoperative visual function and complications.Methods A total of 102 patients with retinal detachment who underwent vitrectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by computer digital table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out extended nursing with WeChat as the medium on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of compliance of eye care,standardized medication,reasonable diet and activities and regular review in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the visual function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than 19.61%in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the scores of all dimensions of Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire(CLVQOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing with WeChat as the medium applied in patients with retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy can effectively improve postoperative treatment compliance and visual function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and further improve postoperative quality of life.
