摘　　要：经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)是通过特制的鼻塞导管直接将一定氧浓度的空氧混合高流量气体输送给急性低氧血症患者的一种新型氧疗方式,其是通过呼吸湿化治疗仪实现,具有温化、湿化、高氧流量、供氧浓度精确等优点。近年来,HFNC越来越多应用于各类疾病引起的急性低氧血症患者,不仅可以增加患者的接受度和舒适感,而且可以缩短患者的住院停留时间,加速医院床位周转,减少患者的医疗成本。本文将对HFNC的作用机制及其在急性低氧血症患者中的临床应用进行综述。High-flow nasal cannula(HFNC)is a new type of oxygen therapy that directly delivers a certain oxygen concentration of air-oxygen mixed high-flow gas to patients with acute hypoxemia through a special nasal catheter.It is achieved through a respiratory humidification therapy instrument.It has the advantages of warming,humidification,high oxygen flow and accurate oxygen supply concentration.In recent years,HFNC has been increasingly used in patients with acute hypoxemia caused by various diseases.It can not only increase the patient's acceptance and comfort,but also shorten the patient's hospital stay,accelerate the turnover of hospital beds,and reduce the patient's medical costs.This article will review the mechanism of HFNC and its clinical application in patients with acute hypoxemia.
