摘　　要：目的为居家药学服务的进一步开展提供参考。方法以北京市天通苑北社区居民为研究对象,采取现场发放问卷的方式,调查不同性别、年龄、学历居民家庭用药管理和家庭药师需求情况。结果共发放问卷200份,回收198份,其中有效问卷170份(有效回收率85.00%)。其中,63.53%的居民能看懂大部分药品说明书;91.76%的居民家中常备家庭药箱,其中14.74%不了解药品的贮藏条件,43.59%家中存有过期药品;45.29%的居民认为自己了解家庭药师;56.47%的居民认为非常需要家庭药师;居民较希望家庭药师提供的药学服务为药物治疗管理(60.00%)及药学咨询与用药教育(52.94%);较希望提供药学服务的形式为社区义诊(49.41%)或咨询室咨询(48.82%)。结论该社区居民对家庭药师有一定需求,但仍需进一步提升家庭药师的社会认知度,促进居家药学服务的发展。Objective To provide a reference for the further development of home-based pharmaceutical care.Methods Residents with different genders,ages and educational backgrounds in Beijing Tiantongyuan North Community were distributed questionnaires on site to investigate their family medication management and demand for family pharmacists.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 198 were recovered,of which 170 were effective,with an effective recovery rate of 85.00%.Precisely 63.53%of residents could understand most of the drug instructions.Precisely 91.76%of residents always had a family medical kit at home,of which 14.74%of residents did not understand the storage conditions of drugs,and 43.59%of residents had expired drugs at home.Precisely 45.29%of residents thought they knew about family pharmacists.Precisely 56.47%of residents were in great need of family pharmacists.Residents hoped that family pharmacists provided these pharmaceutical care such as medication therapy management(60.00%),pharmaceutical consultation and medication education(52.94%),and they hoped to receive pharmaceutical care through community free clinics(49.41%)or consultation rooms(48.82%).Conclusion The residents of this community have a certain demand for family pharmacists.However,the social awareness of family pharmacists still needs further improvement to promote the development of home-based pharmaceutical care.
