穴位贴敷联合内关穴按压对肺源性心脏病患者的意义分析

摘　　要：目的分析穴位贴敷联合内关穴按压对肺源性心脏病患者的意义。方法选取60例肺源性心脏病患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用临床传统康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷联合内关穴按压治疗。比较两组运动耐力、心功能改善情况及临床满意度。结果治疗前,两组6 min步行距离比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14、28 d,试验组6 min步行距离分别为(321.12±25.67)、(358.76±26.47)m,均长于对照组的(254.34±23.59)、(267.46±24.64)m,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床满意度96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合内关穴按压对肺源性心脏病患者临床效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the significance of acupoint application combined with Neiguan acupoint pressing in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional clinical rehabilitation therapy,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application and Neiguan acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of exercise endurance and cardiac function,and clinical satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in 6-min walking distance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 and 28 d of treatment,6-min walking distance in the experimental groups were(321.12±25.67)and(358.76±26.47)m,which were longer than those of(254.34±23.59)and(267.46±24.64)m in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.33%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 56.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Neiguan acupoint pressing has a significant clinical effect on patients with pulmonary heart disease,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
