摘 要:随着城市建设发展,地铁上方和周边邻近工程建设日益增多。文中以福州市拟建地铁上方某厂区办公楼拆复建项目为例,采用桩筏基础分析设计软件,模拟分析不同布桩型式下桩筏基础的筏板挠度、桩顶反力与板底沉降,以及临近基础对桩筏基础的影响。模拟结果表明,不同布桩型式对筏板挠度、桩顶反力和板底沉降均有影响,设计时应根据工程主控因素调整布桩型式;受临近基础的影响,不均匀沉降达到原来的近2倍,容易造成基础倾斜;地铁上方复建建筑应考虑采用内疏外密,避开地铁线位,并加强既有邻近建筑侧面的变形控制,减小基础沉降。研究结论对类似项目的设计有一定借鉴作用。With the development of urban construction,more and more projects are constructed above and around the subway.Taking the demolition and reconstruction project of an office building above the proposed subway in Fu⁃zhou as the case,the raft deflection,pile top reaction,slab bottom settlement,and the influence of adjacent founda⁃tion on piled raft foundation are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the raft deflection,pile top reaction,and plate bottom settlement are affected by different pile layout.The pile layout should be adjusted according to the main control factors.Under the influence of adjacent foundation,the uneven settlement is nearly 2 times of the origi⁃nal,which is easy to cause the foundation inclination.In order to reduce the foundation settlement,the pile should be thinned after avoiding the subway position,and the deformation control of the side of the adjacent building should be strengthened.The research conclusion has certain reference function to the similar project design.
